Mrs Esther Batterbee Practice Manager Ms Nicola Dickinson Clinical Governance Manager The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice, such as human resources, finance, safety, premises and equipment. The clinical governance manager oversees all aspects of clinical services provision and contract compliance, data management and information technology. They support the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also help to develop extended services to enhance patient care. Laura Supervisor Rachel Deputy Supervisor The practice supervisors oversee the daily operations of the GP practice, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently for both patients and staff. They support the clinical team, coordinate administrative processes, while acting as a key point of contact for resolving issues and improving the overall service. |
