COMMUNITY NAVIGATORS

Community Navigators work across Denbighshire supporting the well-being of people by signposting them to information, advice and assistance in the third sector.  There are three Community Navigators working in the North of Denbighshire across Prestatyn, Meliden, Dyserth, Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan and Rhyl, who help people with the following;

Talking points: An opportunity for people to meet a Community Navigator face to face to talk about third sector support they can access (see times and locations below).

Signposting/Referring: to third sector support that can help.

Providing information/advice: about various activites, groups or services that can support a person's well-being.

Assist/Accompany people to groups/social events: for a short period of time to help with confidence building.
