Westfield telephones

20.3.19 We are still having problems with the telephones in Westfield and BT are working to resolve it. 

They have fixed the problem of the answer machine cutting in when the lines are busy, or the call cutting off.  However, it still seems that we are unable to have an engaged tone when the lines are busy - and now it just keeps ringing.  So if you have this problem of the number ringing and ringing please be aware that we are there and we are on another call.  Thank you.

 

Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

  • non_nhs_services1Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
  • Private sick notes
  • Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

Please note we do not undertake Passport signing.
